You can make an online payment for Appointment Fees or Debit Balances to Baltimore Life Insurance Company.

How do I submit my payment for state appointment renewal fee or debit balance?

Please log into our website https://www.e-billexpress.com/ebpp/baltagent/ and enter your National Insurance Producer Registry (“NIPR”) number on the “Pay Now” screen. On the payment page, enter your name, phone number and email address. You will then enter your payment amount, select your payment code from the dropdown menu and add an explanation in the comments section. Under “Payment Method”, select “Add a Payment Number” and this will bring you to a screen where you can enter your credit and debit card information.

Can I pay be EFT or ACH?

No. We only accept credit and debit cards.

Can you take my payment over the phone?

No. We will only accept payment of appointment fees by the method described above.

What if I don’t know my NIPR number?

A link will be provided on the Producer Payment Express page that will allow you to look up your NIPR number.

Will I receive a confirmation email?

Yes, you will receive an email when your payment has been submitted and another email when your payment has been processed.

Do I need to pay my resident fee?

No. Baltimore Life will continue to pay your resident fees.

When will the payments be credited?

Payments are processed for the current business day if received by 8:00 PM EST.

Where can I find a listing of non-resident appointment fees?

Can I pick the date when the payment will be made?

No. All online payments are processed for the current business day only.

What if I do not pay my initial or renewal appointment fee?

Non-receipt of initial or renewal appointment fees will result in termination of state appointment. Any pending or future business will be rejected until the fee is paid.

What do I do if I am having trouble making credit card payment?

Please contact Agent Relations at (877) 533-2468 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST Monday – Thursday and between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. EST on Fridays.
