If you have multiple phone numbers, please be prepared to provide all phone numbers that apply to your request. The Company’s “do not call” list is limited to telephone solicitation calls only. We may still contact you about your Baltimore Life policy, claims, billing issues and other service matters.
Request for addition to the do not call list will be honored within a reasonable time, not to exceed 30 days of the request. If your telephone number(s) changes in the future, you must provide us with your new telephone number(s) in order to maintain your “do not call” status.
Insurance agents and agencies conducting telemarketing in reference to a product or marketing initiative of Baltimore Life or its subsidiary are fully responsible for adherence to all federal telemarketing laws, regulations and rules, and all applicable state laws.

Tips to Help Keep Personal Information Secure When Contacting Us Via Email or Fax
When emailing us, in addition to verifying that the email address has been entered correctly, use of secure email is recommended when submitting personal nonpublic information or documents containing such information. Secure email has added safeguards such an encryption, to help protect contents from disclosure to anyone other than the intended recipient. If you do not have access to a secure email service, you may wish to use one of our other contact options when submitting nonpublic information.
When faxing, it is suggested to double check the telephone number entered to receive the fax before transmitting your information. This step would help safeguard the fax from being inadvertently sent to an unauthorized party.
