Sean O'Connor promoted to Vice President of Distribution.

OWINGS MILLS, Md.— The Baltimore Life Insurance Co. announced the promotion of Sean O’Connor to Vice President, Distribution. In this capacity, he will continue to strengthen the operational direction of the business through oversight of Baltimore Life’s Career Agency Sales Group. O’Connor started as an agent with the company in 2007, and steadily rose to the management ranks.

“Sean O’Connor has exhibited strong leadership skills and is recognized as a key member of our organization. Sean successfully transformed our CASG division into a hybrid distribution model during the pandemic, and reenergized our brokerage operations,” said President and CEO David Ficca.

O’Connor holds a bachelor’s degree in Golf Management, and a master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the American College.
