Baltimore Life Appoints Mark Rouchard to Board of Directors

OWINGS MILLS, Md.—The Baltimore Life Insurance Company announced the appointment of Mark A. Rouchard to its Board of Directors. Mr. Rouchard most recently served 33 years as Senior Partner with Ernst & Young, LLP (EY), one of the four largest accounting firms worldwide, where he led services to some of EY’s largest financial services clients and was the leader of EY’s Mid-Atlantic financial services practice. He was previously the CFO of a global information services company, and leader of the servicing operation of a Top 5 mortgage banking company.

Mr. Rouchard is currently an adjunct professor at the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University, and served as an educator for EY’s Executive Personnel on Relationship Development. He also serves as a board member at Loyola University Maryland, and for Children’s National Hospital in Washington, D.C. Mr. Rouchard is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, and the Maryland and Virginia Society of CPAs.
