How Can I Help You?

Covering My Mortgage

Would your family be able to stay in your current home if you passed away today, tomorrow or next year? Would they be able to maintain their standard of living or would they have to downsize? Would the loss of your income make their daily lives a challenge?

These are just a few questions you need to consider if you are a homeowner with a mortgage. Contact me to learn how I can help protect your family.

Transferring My Estate

Like many people your age, you've spent your life working hard, paying your mortgage, raising your children and saving for retirement. It's time to look back with pride on your accomplishments, and to think about the future of the loved ones you'll leave behind.

When you consider tax consequences and the costs of probate, it's not easy to determine the best way to leave something behind for your heirs. Contact me and I'll help you figure out the best way for you.

Treasuring My Family

Your family is the most important part of your life. As their needs change over time, it's important to provide a stable financial foundation that can help cover expenses like your children's education, caring for an elderly family member, or leaving something behind when you're gone.

Contact me to see how you can ensure that your family's future is protected.

Wanting Lifetime Income

If you are near (or in) retirement, you probably have some money set aside as savings, CDs, 401(k)s, IRAs or other retirement accounts. However, there's always a risk of outliving those savings.

Contact me to learn how you can use your retirement savings to create a guaranteed monthly income that will continue for as long as you live.

Coping With a Disability or Illness

A critical illness or disability can happen to any of us at any time. Fortunately, advances in medical care now allow more people than ever to survive a serious illness. However, the cost of dealing with a disability or illness can be catastrophic, even for people with health insurance.

The right coverage can help keep a disability or critical illness from becoming a financial disaster. Contact me to learn how.

Offering Benefits to My Employees

If you're a business owner, you've probably faced significant increases in health insurance premiums, workers' compensation, and other costs of doing business. How can you provide important benefits to your employees without hurting your bottom line? What can you do to attract and retain the best and brightest employees, and boost the morale of your existing staff?

Contact me to learn how you can easily offer voluntary benefits to your employees, with no direct out-of-pocket costs to your business.

Financial Needs Analysis

"How much life insurance do I need"?

It can be hard to answer that question on your own. Baltimore Life can help you find an answer through a Financial Needs Analysis (FNA), a no-cost, no-obligation service designed to determine your life insurance needs. The FNA process is strictly confidential. If you determine that our products and services won't help you, there will be no further appointments or contact. Contact me for more information.

Personal Planning Guide

Far too frequently, funeral service directors have seen the difficulty loved ones have in making final arrangements. As a service to you and your loved ones, The Baltimore Life Insurance Company has prepared a guide to assist you in recording important information which will enable your family to handle your final affairs with your wishes in mind. Identification Program

As a community service, Baltimore Life offers several ID card programs to local groups and organizations. These programs enhance the safety of the communities we serve.

SportSmart® ID Card

If you are a cyclist, runner, hunter, or if you enjoy any activities in the great outdoors, Baltimore Life's SportSmart® ID card is essential. It includes key medical and contact information that can save your life in the event of an emergency. If you are unable to speak for yourself, your SportSmart® ID will be able to speak for you.

Medical ID Card

In a medical emergency, information is the key to timely treatment. Baltimore Life's Medical ID Card provides information that helps emergency personnel make appropriate treatment decisions. The card fits in your wallet with your driver's license, where it can easily be found by medical personnel. It includes such valuable information as allergies, chronic conditions and medications.

Other cards

Baltimore Life also offers Child ID cards and Youth SportSmart® cards, as well as a Pet ID card program. For more information on any of these programs, for yourself or for your organization, please contact me for more details on any of the ID programs.

Grants Program

Baltimore Life’s Community Grants Program has helped many organizations in communities where our employees live and work, including Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, Ohio, New Jersey, West Virginia, South Carolina and the District of Columbia.

To be eligible for a $500 grant, your organization must meet IRS eligibility requirements under IRC Section 501(c)(3)1. Acceptable organizations also include libraries, senior centers, homeless shelters, or other organizations under the direction of governmental agencies. Projects and programs that help distressed families, enhance public safety and the community, and combat community deterioration receive special consideration. Religious organizations are not eligible, except when a religious organization houses a nondenominational charity such as a soup kitchen or homeless shelter.
